Returns


  • 30 Day Return Policy from Delivery Date
  • Scout 2.0 Straps are not returnable or refundable
  • Items Must be in Unused Condition
  • 15% Restocking Fee for returned items in unused condition
  • Items will not be eligible for refund if items show signs of damage or wear. 

Repairs

The two most common repairs are

1. Leaving treats in the pouch while unattended with dogs and dogs damaging the bag to get the treats. I shit you not - this accounts for more than 80% of the repairs I've done to date! Keep those treats out of reach!

2. Clipping leash to bag for handsfree walking and dog lunges. This can not only damage the bag but it can ruin the straps. I know people like to do this - but I do not recommend.

  • Repairs are assessed on a case by case basis.
    • If you are interested in a repair please send photos and detailed description of when you need repaired to shiloe@shinehausgear.com
  • Repairs are subject to charge.
    • Repair fees must be paid in full prior to repairs.
  • Purchaser is responsible for shipping costs.

  • ShineHaus LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • ShineHaus does not make custom products.
  • ShineHaus does not make customizations to any of our products... yet.
  • All items are made to order
  • 4-5 Week lead time to shipping
  • Lead times are very heavily dependent on material procurement.
  • Orders CANNOT be canceled once material procurement has started (roughly 24-48 hours after order is placed).
  • There is a 15% restocking fee as items are made to order and we do not typically hold inventory.
